App Radar announced that SplitMetrics, a global leader in paid UA automation and mobile A/B testing, had acquired them. No figure regarding the purchase price was shared.
Founded in 2015 for App Radar, this strategic acquisition is seen as an outstanding opportunity to enhance the growth of apps worldwide. With this acquisition, App Radar’s ASO tool will be added to SplitMetrics‘ product portfolio, giving it an excellent position to enhance its capabilities further. At the same time, app marketers will have access to more specialists and expanded services thanks to the merger of the two companies’ agencies.
With a team of 160 people worldwide, SplitMetrics manages over $250 million in ad spend annually. SplitMetrics’ customers and partners include Babbel, Skyscanner, Glovo, and Rakuten Viber.
Combining SplitMetrics’ UA solutions with App Radar’s ASO platform will provide a one-stop shop for all the essential tools app marketers need for growth. In this way, mobile companies will have a single comprehensive growth engine, eliminating existing data silos between ASO and UA.
