Teklifi kabul g\u00f6ren oyun da\u011f\u0131t\u0131c\u0131s\u0131, 23 May\u0131s 2022&#8217;den itibaren Zynga&#8217;y\u0131 b\u00fcnyesine resmi olarak katm\u0131\u015f oldu. Sat\u0131n alman\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k 12,7 milyar dolar de\u011ferinde oldu\u011fu da a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130ki \u015firketten de gelen resmi a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re &#8220;Zynga hisse sahipleri sat\u0131n alman\u0131n resmile\u015fmesiyle hisse ba\u015f\u0131na 3,50 dolar nakit ve 0.0406 Take-Two hissesi elde edecekler&#8221;.
