Constantin Andry is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Aghanim, a mobile gaming fintech company that empowers developers to achieve financial and creative independence through an integrated platform offering commerce, live-ops automation, community engagement, and payments solutions. With over 15 years of experience in the IT and gaming industries, Constantin has held various leadership positions. He served as the CEO of Xsolla Labs from November 2021 to June 2023, where he led the innovation arm of Xsolla. Prior to that, he was Head of Business Publishing at Xsolla from March 2019 to November 2021 and VP of Product Strategy from December 2017 to March 2019. Earlier in his career, he held roles as Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Business Development Officer at Destiny.Games.
