Elif Karaata is an experienced game designer, team manager, and developer with over 20 years in the creative industries. She is currently Admin Manager at MagicLab Game Technologies, where she oversees team operations and project management.
Previously, she led and designed multiple game projects, including the indie title Swaps and Traps, and has mentored over 1,000 individuals and 100 teams. Elif has also been an active contributor to Turkey’s game development community through roles such as Regional Organizer for the Global Game Jam.
