Murka announced in a statement on LinkedIn that it has acquired Mobile Deluxe. With over 18 years of experience and one of the world’s leading Solitaire games, Mobile Deluxe will greatly expand Murka’s growing portfolio.
Murka was established in 2009 in Limassol, Cyprus. The company has more than 500 employees, including offices in Kyiv and Dnipro, as well as operations in Sofia, Kharkiv, and Lviv. Murka, which was acquired by the investment giant Blackstone Group in 2019, reached the next milestone and launched new divisions such as “Murka Growth” and the casual games department.
Murka has grown step by step from a small startup to a well-known worldwide company with more than 5 million active monthly users. The company has managed to become a leading name in the mobile gaming industry, especially in casino-type games. Innovative reshaping of casual game subgenres and game mechanics is their main goal in the growth path.
