Arcade.com has officially launched as a global mobile game publisher focused on casual and hybrid-casual titles, positioning itself around a transparent, analytics-driven publishing model designed to help studios validate, optimize, and scale games.
Alexandre Salem, as President, will lead the company’s strategy, operations, publishing partnerships, and global expansion as Arcade continues to scale its mobile game publishing platform.
Arcade says it works with studios at different stages, ranging from early teams testing initial concepts to developers with live products that show strong KPIs and are ready to scale. The company frames its role around KPI validation, product optimization, and global expansion, aiming to address common scaling hurdles, such as limited access to actionable data and unclear decision-making during user-acquisition growth.
In its launch announcement, Arcade outlined an end-to-end model that spans:
- Market and genre intelligence to inform concept selection and positioning
- Early KPI validation through controlled testing and analytics-driven iteration
- Creative testing and optimization at scale
- LiveOps, A/B testing, and experimentation frameworks
- Global user acquisition and monetization support
- Ongoing publishing operations and long-term product management
Backed by AI.tech and Media.net infrastructure
Arcade states that its platform is supported by the broader AI.tech and Media.net ecosystem, which it says provides underlying analytics, performance marketing infrastructure, and media capabilities—allowing Arcade to focus on publisher-led execution and developer partnership rather than acting only as a funding or distribution layer.
“The way games are built and scaled today requires much tighter alignment between product, data, and growth.
Arcade was created to give developers clear visibility into performance, faster iteration cycles, and a publishing partner that is deeply involved in execution.
Our goal is to work transparently with studios from day one and help them scale games sustainably, not just launch them.”
Alexandre Salem, President of Arcade
Alexandre brings over a decade of leadership experience across mobile gaming and high-growth technology companies. He has held senior roles at King, Google, Huawei, and Stillfront, where he built and scaled cross-functional product organizations, partnered with studios worldwide, and led growth initiatives across multiple markets.
“I’m thrilled to join Arcade at this pivotal moment. Hybrid-casual mobile gaming is entering its next phase.
At Arcade, we are building a publishing platform that allows developers to focus on what they do best – creating great games.
Our role is to bring together product insight, data, and operational excellence so that, together with our partners, we can bring to market games that feel magical in the first seconds and meaningful in the long run.”
