Pietari Päivänen (Supercell)
Pietari Päivänen leads Special Projects & Investments at Supercell Investments, managing new studio relationships and strategic initiatives. Beyond his current role, he has co-founded and advised multiple tech and gaming startups, holding board positions in over 30 companies.
Görkem Türk (Laton Ventures)
Görkem Türk is the founding partner of Laton Ventures, the largest gaming- and apps-focused venture capital fund in Türkiye. Laton is a $50M fund primarily investing in pre-seed and seed-stage gaming startups globally, with a strong emphasis on founders in Türkiye, the US, and Europe.
Prior to founding Laton, Görkem was the Industry Manager for Gaming, Apps & Startups at Google in Istanbul, where he led growth partnerships and ecosystem development in the gaming sector.
Görkem also held various roles at companies such as P&G and Value Partners Management Consulting. He holds a BS in Electronics Engineering from Sabancı University and an MBA from Koç University. He also studied at the Yale School of Management and UCLA.

Under his leadership, VLMedia has invested in several fast-growing companies, including Pixelbyte, Byterise, and Everpixel. A graduate of METU (2005) and Kaiserslautern University (2008), he works to scale Türkiye’s mobile ecosystem globally.
