New gaming collective Roundtable Interactive Group formed to reshape gaming

Roundtable Interactive Group (RIG) has officially formed, bringing together Outright Games, GameMill, Auroch Digital, and Coherence under one creative banner.

A new global games collective has been officially announced under the name Roundtable Interactive Group (RIG), bringing together four studios and technology companies under a shared mission to “reshape the future of gaming.”

The new group was introduced by CEO Robin Flodin, who described RIG as a collective built around creativity, collaboration, and fun.

“Over the past few months, we’ve been hard at work reshaping what was formerly known as Outright Games Group into a new collective built around creativity, collaboration, and fun.

Four companies under one group

RIG currently includes four companies:

  • Outright Games and GameMill Entertainment, both known for delivering licensed games for wide audiences.

  • Auroch Digital, recognized for strategy and simulation titles aimed at dedicated players.

  • Coherence, a multiplayer technology platform that helps developers bring online worlds to life.

Each company operates within the group’s shared vision of creating joy-filled gaming experiences while maintaining its individual creative identity.

Leadership team and investment backing

Joining Flodin at the helm are Morten Larssen as Group COO and Kjartan Freyr Jónsson as Group CFO. Together, the leadership team aims to strengthen collaboration across studios and expand RIG’s global reach through new partnerships and acquisitions.

The group is backed by EMK Capital, providing both strategic and financial support. RIG also continues to work closely with major licensors including Disney, Hasbro, Nickelodeon, and Games Workshop.
