According to a statement from Bener Law Office, which advised on the transaction, the deal gives Zynga and Rollic 100% ownership of Color Block Jam, a global hit co-developed under a publishing partnership between Rollic and Gybe Games. The legal advisory was led by Partner and Co-Head of Corporate & M&A Bahar Ülgen Hasşerbetci, with support from Deniz Bener (Of Counsel) and Beste Unsoy Yazici (Associate).

Color Block Jam has been highlighted as one of the fastest-growing and most commercially successful mobile titles worldwide, praised for its strong engagement and monetization.

This transaction also reflects a wider industry trend where major publishers are increasingly consolidating IP ownership of high-performing titles rather than maintaining co-development models.
