Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe S.A.S. today closed the sale of its wholly owned subsidiary, Limbic Entertainment GmbH, to a private investor specializing in video games.
This transaction is part of Bandai Namco Entertainment’s strategy to refocus its portfolio to areas where the company delivers the strongest content.

Limbic Entertainment GmbH will continue operating under its current leadership and will retain its studio name and identity.
