Publisher Digital Vortex Entertainment (part of Utmost Games) released the first playable demo for Bylina, an action-adventure game by Far Far Games, which became a part of its publishing portfolio.
The game world is inspired by Slavic fairy tales and legends, with a distinctive storytelling, blending comedy with dark humour. Adapting this culturally rich material for a global audience was a challenge. The publisher brought in localization specialists with experience on culturally complex titles, including Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance, Like a Dragon, and Metaphor.
The Digital Vortex team, with a track record on Atomic Heart, Lost Ark, and PUBG: Battlegrounds, recognized Bylina’s commercial and creative potential at an early stage. After the decision to collaborate was made, the teams completed full localization, voice-over production, extensive retesting, and demo polish within a month.
“We appreciate partners who deliver fast without cutting corners. Digital Vortex enabled rapid demo readiness, the Land of Cities awaits industry playtests.”
Alex Iliukhin, CEO of Far Far Games

“Our collaboration preserved Bylina’s voice while scaling for international markets.
This positions it strongly on Steam and consoles; we’re open to co-publishing or localization partnerships.”
Alex Izotov, CEO of Digital Vortex Entertainment
