Publisher Tilting Point has partnered with French mobile app publisher Quiet and a second undisclosed mobile app company, offering $30M a year in UA (User Acquisition) funds to grow their non-gaming apps.

$12M of this capital will be used to amplify Quiet’s flagship storage management app Clean Manager by scaling their customer acquisition efforts through flexible, non-dilutive financing.

Tilting Point will dedicate $18M for their unannounced partner to scale their rapidly growing lifestyle app, with the potential for multi-million dollar monthly funding.

These recent partnerships are the result of Tilting Point’s March 2025 $150M UA funding deployment, the publisher’s third capital funding endeavor to help grow their partners’ apps and games. Tilting Point is coming in relatively early in their new partners’ journeys as they are looking to accelerate growth with the help of this UA capital.

“This partnership with Quiet is a big step for our team as we continue  branching out our UA funding efforts beyond games.

We’ve been scaling video games for almost a decade, so to enter into this UA agreement with Quiet compliments  our company’s direction in UA strategy. Seeing the strong performance of Clean Manager and the promising team Quiet has, our process from evaluating the app’s data, to proposal then to a signed contract was incredibly turnkey”.

2025 has seen a major turning point in the app world as non-gaming apps have overtaken games in global app store revenue per Sensor Tower.

According to Business of Apps’ James Cooper, audiences spend 90 percent of mobile app time in non-gaming categories, and billions of dollars are generated through in-app ads from non-gaming usage. Tilting Point looks to ride this wave of non-gaming app momentum with their UA scaling efforts.

These UA growth practices have proven successful for Tilting Point as it offers a unique, non-dilutive funding model that enables developers to scale without sacrificing ownership; a stark contrast from traditional publishers, financial institutions, and venture capitalists.

The company provides funds needed to acquire users at scale, and developers retain full control over strategy and operations, where repayment is tied directly to the revenue generated by the campaigns.

This partnership with Quiet marks a major milestone in Tilting Point’s journey. The publisher is expanding its UA scaling horizons beyond the mobile game space and is actively looking to scale more apps in the lifestyle space.

“As a publishing house ourselves, we share a lot of core philosophies with Tilting Point when it comes to scaling mobile apps.

Since Clean Manager is one of our largest apps that we’ve grown to date and are looking to build out further, we were adamant about partnering with a company that shares our vision.”
