Turkish mobile simulation developer Zuuks Games will open a new office in Dubai as part of the DMCC Gaming Centre, expanding its international presence in one of the region’s fastest-growing gaming hubs.
Zuuks Games CEO & Co-Founder Musa Kara confirmed that the Dubai office will open “soon” and added that job applications will be available through the company’s official website.
The studio has reached over 850 million total downloads and engages around 95 million monthly active users across its portfolio. Zuuks is best known for its simulation titles, including Bus Simulator: Ultimate, which has been downloaded more than 382 million times, and Truck Simulator: Europe, which has surpassed 260 million downloads.
With more than 230 employees, Zuuks Games is currently the second-largest game company in Turkiye by headcount, following Dream Games.

The DMCC Gaming Centre, based in Dubai’s Jumeirah Lakes Towers, brings together more than 140 gaming and interactive entertainment companies. It provides member firms with business licensing, office infrastructure, visa and residency support, access to mentorship and accelerators, and connections to a regional investor network. The centre was recently recognised as “Best Game Innovation Hub” at the MENA Games Awards 2025.
This expansion underscores both Zuuks Games’ global growth strategy and Dubai’s push to position itself as a central hub for the MENA games industry.
