Appcharge, a direct-to-consumer (DTC) platform for mobile game publishers, has appointed gaming industry veterans Nadav Hollander as Chief Financial Officer and Paul Bowen as Chief Revenue Officer.
Hollander, former CFO of Appush, a platform connecting advertisers with mobile publishers for in-game video ads, led the sale of Appush to the NASDAQ-listed Magic Software Enterprises before joining Appcharge.
Hollander is responsible for strengthening the platform’s financial infrastructure to better support publishers, expanding the company’s Merchant of Record and payment capabilities so partners can grow confidently in any market, and ensuring Appcharge’s financial operations fully support the company’s vision of enabling game developers to sell directly to players, free from the limitations of traditional app stores.
As one of his first orders of business, he helped shepherd through the company’s recent Series B financing round of $58m led by IVP.

Bowen is the former CRO of creator-driven performance marketing platform Stream Elements. Prior to Stream Elements, Bowen built and scaled AlgoLift from startup to acquisition by Vungle and later Liftoff, pioneering predictive LTV modeling that transformed UA decision-making across top global publishers.
At Unity, where he served as VP of Account Management, he built the monetization organization that became a core growth driver ahead of the company’s $14bn IPO. As Tapjoy’s VP of Global Developer Relations,
Bowen founded and built the company’s EMEA office, ultimately leading to Tapjoy’s $400m acquisition by Ironsource.
Bowen is responsible for ensuring that the company is the go-to DTC payments platform for mobile gaming publishers.

“Nadav and Paul are both proven executives in the mobile games space, and each has demonstrated his strength in bringing companies into the future to fulfill their potential.
We are in a rapid and consequential evolution in the mobile space toward DTC, and Nadav and Paul will be key leaders for Appcharge to offer the top solution in this new era beyond app stores – and even beyond web stores, providing more choices for mobile game publishers and players alike.”
Maor Sason, co-founder and CEO at Appcharge
The hires of Hollander and Bowen come in the midst of an explosive period of growth for the company. The company already is processing more than $500 million in transactions, has grown 14 times year over year, and its recent Series B round of financing brought the company’s backing to date to $89m, underscoring the exceptional momentum for Appcharge’s platform.
The launches earlier this year of Appcharge’s iOS Payments SDK and AppDirect brought to market two powerful products that expand the company’s suite of seamless, compliant, and scalable direct-to-consumer solutions.
These new tools, alongside Appcharge’s widely-adopted Payment Links, further equip publishers to embrace a holistic DTC model, which frees them from platform fees and unlocks more meaningful and financially rewarding interactions.
