Loadstar,  a new game studio in Barcelona, announced its launch and the new game they are working on.

Co-Founded by Albert Aguilar and Jessica Bermejo, the company is currently developing its first project, a third-person sci-fi action-puzzle adventure game featuring innovative gameplay mechanics, a moving narrative, and stunning visuals.

The team has the ambition to create memorable single-player experiences that resonate with players long after the credits roll – games that spark wonder, tell compelling stories, and bring innovative gameplay ideas to life.

The core team at Loadstar Games includes:
  • Adrià Inglés, Character Artist with 10 years of experience and 12 shipped games.

  • Albert Aguilar, Programmer with 15 years of experience and 12 shipped games.

  • Miquel Àngel Puig, Game Designer with 8 years of experience and 4 shipped games.

  • Jessica Bermejo, Business Manager and Producer with 14 years of experience.

  • Oscar Boix, Environment Artist with 7 years of experience and 4 shipped games.

  • Joan Armen, Level Designer with 7 years of experience and 3 shipped games.

  • Ander Celaya, Animator with 4 years of experience and 2 shipped games.

Carles Salvany, an industry veteran with 15 years of experience, 11 animated films, and 4 shipped games, also serves as an Animation supervisor for the team.
