      Saygın Topatan is the Founder of Mavis Games, a Turkish studio established in 2018 that focuses on developing casual titles. Mavis Games raised two million dollars in funding led by Habby to expand its operations globally and grow its portfolio. The studio is known for the popular title Slidey: Block Puzzle.

      Nathan TenBoer is Lead Consultant and Analyst at Unity. He has a background in Data Analytics, working on mobile casual and social casino games before joining Unity in 2020. Since then, he has worked on many hundreds of projects across all genres and monetization models, for studios ranging from indie to established triple-A developers. He contributes to the annual Unity white papers and has been a video gamer since the days of MS DOS.

      Katerina Maliaran

      Katerina Maliaran is the Head of Ad Monetization at Burny Games, a leading Ukrainian gamedev product company. Since joining in 2022, she has built the monetization department from the ground up. She has proven expertise in scaling hypercasual and casual apps through advertising. Katerina’s approach combines data-driven decision-making with a strong focus on user experience and long-term retention.

      Ayşegül Can (BoomBit)

      Ayşegül Can is VP of Mobile Publishing at BoomBit. At BoomBit, she oversees publishing strategy, monetization systems, and user revenue frameworks, with hands-on experience in hybrid monetization across multiple markets.

      Fuat Şeker (Vuvy)

      Fuat Şeker is the Chief Operating Officer at VUVY, a leading Turkish gaming company renowned for titles like Word Rush and Mynet Çanak Okey.

      Under his leadership, VUVY achieved a significant milestone by migrating its entire infrastructure to Amazon Web Services (AWS) in just 45 days. This transition resulted in a 30% reduction in latency, a 500% acceleration in database query times, and a 10% increase in new user retention, all contributing to a more scalable and efficient gaming experience.

      Erkmen Aydoğdu (SciPlay)

      Erkmen Aydoğdu currently serves as General Manager at SciPlay Türkiye, having previously held the position of VP of Games at Alictus. Under his leadership, SciPlay Türkiye is shifting toward long-term casual and midcore strategies to expand beyond hyper-casual models.

      Orhun Mert Şimşek (Apps)

      Orhun Mert Şimşek is Chief Marketing Officer at Apps, responsible for marketing, growth, and positioning of mobile titles across regional markets. Şimşek started as an Android app developer in his career in the early years of the university(’10). He developed some apps with his friends who would later become co-founders with him.

      In mid-2014, they founded Apps in Ankara to make apps for other companies. When they made a success with A Word Game in early 2017, they changed themselves into a mobile game development company.

      In this journey, Mert became an iOS developer, then shifted to the marketing side. Now he is managing both marketing and monetization operations.

      Metin Demirkol (Narcade)

      Metin Demirkol holds the title of Firestarter at Narcade, contributing to strategy and creative direction in mobile publishing. His role positions him to share perspectives on how emerging publishers can adapt in a shifting market landscape.

      Understanding Player Behavior Beyond A/B Testing: Inferring Causality from Data

      This session will examine how studios can move past correlation-based methods and use causal inference techniques to understand what truly drives player behavior.

      Yasin Hatiboğlu is a Data Analyst at Supercell, where he works with gameplay and marketing metrics to optimize player engagement and growth. He joined Supercell in 2023 after a five-year tenure at Seriously Digital Entertainment, and prior to that, he was Senior Product Manager at Rovio.

He also acts as an AI advisor to Jetapult and as a Venture Partner at 212 VC, helping early-stage startups integrate AI into product and growth strategies.

      Sarper Uslupehlivan (Ace Games)

      Sarper Uslupehlivan is the Chief Operating Officer of Ace Games, a mobile gaming company based in Istanbul. As COO, he oversees day-to-day operations and strategy for 2 studios whose vision are to create games enjoyed by players worldwide.

      He comes from a background of data & analytics, he played a pivotal role in the company’s growing experience with AI by building an internal AI team from scratch and shaping the studio’s culture towards working with them.

      Ali Kodal (Brew Games)

      Ali Kodal has been building mobile games for over five years, specializing in hybrid casual titles across puzzle, idle action, and arcade genres. With the Brew Games team, he has developed and published more than 300 games, shaping experiences for global audiences.

      Today, Ali is also focused on applying AI to marketing—building tools that enhance user acquisition and creative testing with data-driven feedback loops. His work bridges game design and AI-powered growth strategies, bringing a practical perspective to how studios can scale impact in an evolving market.

      Stanislav Stankovic (EA)

      With over 13 years in the games industry, Stanislav Stanković is a leading expert in F2P live-service design, currently serving as Senior Game Design Director at Electronic Arts (EA). His experience spans top studios, including Supercell and Rovio, where he led the creation of core mechanics, metagame economies, and retention-driven systems.

      The Next Big Market for Mobile Games – Identifying Untapped Regions

      This session will explore which geographic and demographic markets are becoming ripe for mobile game expansion. It will analyze data-driven signals such as growth rates, monetization potential, infrastructure readiness, and user behavior trends to help studios identify where to invest next.

      Katerina Burbela (Homa)

      Katerina Burbela is Senior Business Development Manager at Homa, a leading publisher in the hypercasual and hybridcasual mobile games space. She works closely with developers to build partnerships, guide product strategy, and bring new titles to global markets.

      Before joining Homa, she held business development and publishing roles at companies including Gamigo and Remote Control Productions. She brings years of experience in developer relations, market expansion, and live ops support across the mobile gaming ecosystem.

      Işıl Eralp (Rovio)

      Işıl Eralp is a seasoned marketing leader in the mobile games industry. Until June 2025, she served as Director of Marketing at Ruby Games, the İzmir-based studio behind hyper-casual hits like Hunter Assassin, which has surpassed 480 million downloads worldwide. At Ruby, she led global marketing and user acquisition efforts, driving data-driven growth strategies and creative campaigns that turned titles like Hunter Assassin into international successes.

      As of June 2025, Işıl has joined Rovio’s Central Marketing team, where she and her team oversee flagship titles such as Angry Birds 2 and Angry Birds Dream Blast, as well as upcoming soft launch projects. This role expands her reach in global publishing, connecting her with an even broader network across the gaming ecosystem.

      Her leadership has helped solidify Ruby Games’ reputation in hyper-casual gaming and now contributes to Rovio’s continued success in the casual and mid-core space. Beyond her corporate role, Işıl actively shares her expertise as an industry ambassador, encouraging more women to thrive in game marketing and leadership.

      Horace Lai (Bigo Ads)

      Horace Lai is Global Business Development Manager at Bigo Ads, focusing on user acquisition and monetization in global markets. He works to connect studios and advertisers across diverse regions and optimize growth strategies tailored to local contexts.

He holds a PhD in psychology (VR specialization) and has nearly a decade of experience in free-to-play game design and monetization. On his podcast, he dives deep into real game examples and pragmatic insights about the intersection of design, metrics, and monetization — making him well suited to highlight where AI’s impact is already visible in mobile gaming.

      Monetization Roadmap 2025 — Aligning UA, Ad Quality, and Hybrid Models

      This session will explore how studios can synchronize user acquisition (UA), ad quality metrics, and hybrid monetization strategies in 2025. It will present a roadmap for integrating UA spend, sustaining ad engagement, and layering IAPs/subscriptions in a way that maximizes long-term value without degrading experience.

In this role, he is a trusted leader who advises high-potential publishers and developers throughout EMEA.       Kirill Murashov (Azur Games)

      Kirill Murashov is Head of Monetization at Azur Games. In that role, he oversees monetization systems, ad integration, and revenue optimization across Azur’s portfolio.

      Duygu Haykır (Codeway)

      Duygu Haykır is Lead Marketing Manager (Games) at Codeway, representing the company at Mobidictum Conference 2025. She brings expertise in aligning ad quality, growth channels, and monetization in mobile gaming.
