Polish mobile game developer, Ten Square Games, has bought 24.8% of Polish mobile RPG game developer Gamesture. The monetary value of the transaction made for investment purposes is approximately 3.5 million dollars.
Founded in 2014, Gamesture is known for successful mobile RPG games like Questland and Slash & Roll. Gamesture’s team consists of approximately 68 people. Although minor managerial changes are made after the investment, both companies will continue to operate with their own systems in general.
Maciej Zuzałek, CEO of Ten Square Games, said:
“For the last few years, we have been following the development of Gamesture closely, observing its market successes and effective implementation of growth strategy. By investing in a company specializing in the RPG genre, we are expanding our product portfolio within this segment, which will enable us to reach new categories of players. We also believe in the synergy potential between our companies, mainly in the areas of product strategy, marketing, and technology.”
Gamesture CEO Tomasz Drożdżyński added:
“We share a similar work philosophy, are driven by the same values, and have a great appetite for further development. We are happy with the transaction because it combines the potential and ambitions of both parties optimally.”
Ten Square Games is expanding its product and customer portfolio with the investment. Gamesture, on the other hand, gets the chance to scale it’s business and team with the financial resources provided.
