UDO, formerly known as Udo Games, has officially rebranded with a clear and forward-looking mission: to reshape the way games are built, scaled, and operated.
At the center of this evolution is Hammer Hub, an all-in-one self-publishing platform built from years of industry experience. Hammer Hub gives studios the power to test, optimize, and scale their games effortlessly—a smarter path for studios tired of blurry, unpredictable operations.
As part of the rebrand, the company has redefined its entire visual identity to match its evolving mission, shift toward a broader, tech-driven future. The refreshed identity communicates the company’s transition from a traditional publisher to a forward-thinking ecosystem builder.
“Over the years, we’ve worn every hat – self-publisher, a studio working with publishers, and a publisher working with studios. Hammer Hub is the result of every lesson we’ve learned. It’s an all-in-one self-publishing platform infused with our experience, designed to empower studios to scale smarter, stay agile, and unlock the growth they deserve.
We’re not afraid to share our know-how – we believe in growing together. Traditional publishing often follows a one-way model — we believe there’s a better way. Hammer Hub is our way of sharing what we’ve built to help shape the future of game publishing.”

UDO’s New Business Model
For years, studios have had two options: rely on a publisher and give up some operational control, or take on the full responsibility and risk of self-publishing.
UDO introduces a third path. With Hammer Hub, studios can retain full ownership while gaining access to deep analytics, UA automation, segmentation tools, remote config, monetization insights, and live-ops systems – all under one unified platform.
This isn’t a departure from UDO’s publishing roots – it’s a natural evolution of what publishing should look like in a tech-powered market.
What’s Next for UDO
The company’s new strategy is already in motion. “Streamer Life Sim”, a genre-mixing mobile title that blends idle simulation with puzzle gameplay, shaped by UDO’s tech-first approach to design and monetization, is in soft launch. With three more soft launches planned for Q2, 2025 is shaping up to be a breakthrough year for the company.

Beyond game launches, UDO is building a cross-industry community of studios, investors, UA partners, tool developers, and game hubs – all connected by Hammer Hub’s platform infrastructure and the collective ambition to change how great games reach players.
