Digital Bros announced the opening of its new publishing division, HOOK.

Digital Bros, which is in the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana and operates in the global video games market, announced the opening of its new publishing division, HOOK, today. HOOK, located in the Milan head office of Digital Bros and has a team in different countries, includes big names with more than 20 years of experience.

The company’s vision is to bring together these experienced names and talented independent developers to assist them in the global marketplace in publishing and marketing. HOOK can also provide solutions to many developer needs, including financing, development support, quality assurance, localization, marketing, and public relations.

HOOK’s current release targets include KINGDOM of the DEAD (Dirigo Games), Madshot (Overflow), Unholy (Duality Games), and some undisclosed projects.

The founding of HOOK follows the company’s acquisitions of Supernova Games Studios, DR Studios, InfinityPlus 2, Kunos Simulazioni, and Avant Garden. It will also allow the company to strengthen its global publishing potential, apart from the 505 Games division, which is famous for games such as Death Stranding, Control, and Terraria.

The company acquired D3 Go last month for an undisclosed sum. In addition, Digital Bros acquired the Infinity Plus Two studio the previous year, which generates more than $225 million per month. The company expanded its F2P activities with these acquisitions and became the owner of the Puzzle Quest series.
