LoopMe, a technology company that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to improve brand advertising results, announced its acquisition of mobile advertising and monetization platform Chartboost from Zynga Inc.
Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
LoopMe has achieved a remarkable 40% compound annual growth rate (CAGR) in Gross Revenue from FY2018 to FY2023 through entirely organic means.
