Riot Games Vice President and executive producer of the highly anticipated League of Legends MMO Greg Street announced on Twitter that he decided to step down from his role at Riot Games due to personal reasons. Greg Street has openly shared how losing his brother and father affected him.

Greg Street worked at Riot Games for nine years, after leaving Blizzard. He was previously known as Ghostcrawler and was a very well-known figure among the community.

I am back now with some big news to share: I have decided to step down from my role at Riot Games
Street also said, “a combo of personal and professional considerations led me down this path. We experienced devastating personal losses last year, and I want to be closer to my surviving family.”
League of Legends MMO is still in development and expected to be released in mid-2024.
