Animoca Brands, which draws attention with its investments in the metaverse and blockchain field, announced that it has completed a capital raise of $ 75.32 million. Investors include many companies that continue their investments in this field, such as Liberty City Ventures, Alpha Wave Ventures, SG Spring Limited Partnership Fund, and Kingsway Capital.

Announcing that it will finance strategic acquisitions, investments, and product development with new capital, Animoca Brands pointed out that it will carry the metaverse even further. Yat Siu, the company’s founding partner and chairman of the board, made the following statements:

The company, which has made significant investments in decentralized games, has many products such as REVV Racing, The Sandbox, and TinyTap. The company’s assets, which play for leadership in Metaverse, will become even stronger with this capital increase.

Raising $75.32 million for A$4.50 per share for a total of 23,237,058 new shares, the company will have a total of 1,836,142,334 fully paid ordinary shares to be issued, as reported on their website.
