Catappult reveals an over 20% monthly developer revenue increase for 2022

The company stated that its recent partnership with Digital Turbine will play a key role in 2023.

Mobile game distribution and monetization platform, Catappult, recently announced its results for 2022. The company stated that developers on the platform achieved an over 20% increase in monthly revenue.

In its overall performance evaluation for 2022, Catappult shared its achievement of bringing in over $60 million in sales revenue, along with amassing more than 100 million downloads. Lords Mobile, Mobile Legends, Clash of Kings, Z Day, and War and Magic were identified as the top 5 ARPPU (Average Revenue Per Paying User) drivers for the company.

COO of Catappult, Álvaro Pinto, made comments about the success of Catappult:

The company also mentioned its recent partnership with Digital Turbine, the platform powering mobile consumer experiences and results for telcos, advertisers, and publishers. The partnership will allow Catappult’s developers to access Digital Turbine’s end-to-end platform, which will pave the way for developers and publishers to reach more players and drive growth for mobile games.

With 2022 coming to a close, Catappult has over 430 million users on its platform, providing developers tools, support, and over 20 alternative app stores. The company has developer partnerships with companies such as IGG Games, NetEase Games, Moonton, and Wanda Group.
