More aquisitions and investments will be made
The French publisher stated in the press release that these funds were collected by the supply of 19.7% of the company’s shares. 1.05 million shares were sold at a price of $82 per share. The company, which has significantly increased its acquisitions in the last few months, is now preparing to make more purchases.
Among the acquisitions made by the company was Space Hulk: Deathwing last month. However, the company did not disclose the fee for this purchase. It was stated in the press release that these funds will be used to purchase additional tools to finance medium and long-term external growth activities, and especially for the acquisition of studios that will enrich the group’s talent pool.
In addition, it was stated that the variety of games produced by the company will be increased and more investments will be made in-game development budgets.
