The successful digital agency has shifted into the Fourth Floor Group, which is formed by four different companies at the time being. Explosive Alan and Fourth Floor will helm the media part of the group to handle advertisement campaigns and creative video production.

Fresh Store, which acts as the company’s online store for a wide variety of apparel and other accessories, will support the Fourth Floor Group by providing merchandise monetization to game brands and influencers. The final company is Bread, which offers management services for companies and influencers, and has worked with big names such as Paradox Interactive, Razer, Alienware, and Republic of Gamers.

Rich Keith, CEO of Fourth Floor, has shared his thoughts about the acquisition:

“I’ve been a long-time fan of Explosive Alan, and this enables us to offer unrivaled integrated solutions to our global clients. The acquisition demonstrates our ambition to grow and become the first agency group to understand how influencers and social platforms have changed, alongside consumers’ habits to find, consume and engage with content.”

Explosive Alan’s Editorial Director, Dan Maher, also commented on Fourth Floor’s recent business growth and the merger:

“We are delighted to join the rapidly expanding Fourth Floor family and offer our video production expertise and extensive industry knowledge to help take our global clients’ marketing activities to the next level. We join Fourth Floor at an exciting time in their development and can’t wait to see what our future together holds.”

Fourth Floor Group has been rapidly expanding lately, with a whopping 50% growth in only one year.
