Riot Games announces end-of-year charity event winners

Los Angeles-based developer and publisher, Riot Games, has announced the winning nonprofits from its end-of-year charity voting campaign. In December, Riot announced that it would allocate $6 million for players to vote on how Riot, in partnership with GlobalGiving, would distribute the funds across the 83 pre-selected nonprofits.

Jimmy Hahn, Senior Manager of Social Impact at Riot Games, commented:

“Thanks to our incredible players, we were able to make a difference for 83 nonprofit organizations worldwide. 2022 was a great year for the Social Impact Fund, and we’re excited to bring players more opportunities in 2023 to make meaningful changes in their local communities through our games.”
