Metaverse firm Infinite Reality has announced that it will acquire esports startup RektGlobal. The value of the deal was announced as 470 million dollars. Permission from RektGlobal’s shareholders and regulators is required before the acquisition occurs.
RektGlobal has many subsidiaries, including the esports organization Rogue. Infinite Reality has announced that it will acquire RektGlobal to expand its esports business. The acquisition payment will be made to stocks attributed to $2 billion in equity value for Infinite Reality.
