ironSource, a business and app economics platform for app developers, recently announced that it would acquire mobile advertising company Tapjoy. This acquisition is expected to strengthen ironSource’s position in the market by creating various synergy areas. The company states that it has taken this step to offer its customers more advertising options, increase its reach, and generate higher profitability.
ironSource will finance the acquisition with cash directly from its balance sheet. In the statement made about Tapjoy, the company’s net income for 2021 was announced as 81 million dollars. Both sides expressed their satisfaction with the agreement and made various statements.
