Leadership Day by IGDA Finland is a one-day international event about how companies, teams, and working cultures build to create better games. Taking place in Helsinki on September 30th, this event kicks off Finnish Games Week alongside Pocket Gamer Connects (Oct 1-2) and the W <3 Games Conference (Oct 3-4).
The inner workings and cultures of game companies are some of the least documented aspects of game development. Yet our work is shaped and defined choices we make every single day. Join us in learning and challenging the cutting-edge leadership in games from some of the brightest minds in the industry.
The call for speakers is now open, with the deadline for applications set for June 7th.
Attendance is free, and ticket distribution will commence once the venue is finalized and event capacity determined.
