In 2023, Maximum Entertainment took steps that enabled it to become an entertainment company with four publishing arms (Maximum Games, Modus Games, Just For Games, Merge Games) and a development arm (Modus Studios.
Now, the group has fully integrated and will continue as a single company that develops and publishes under the name of Maximum Entertainment.
Christina Seelye, CEO of Maximum Entertainment, said the following;

Maximum Entertainment has now restructured and integrated its operations. It aims to boost its IP ownership to 30 percent of its revenue by 2025 and grow its presence in transmedia entertainment. It has over 100 games in the works for PC and consoles, with 15 of them being its own IP. It focuses on developing competitive fighting games, live service, and action/adventure titles in-house.
