International Rescue Committee (IRC) is a global non-profit organization dedicated to aiding those affected by humanitarian crises, including climate crises. On the other hand, Muse Games is an independent game development studio in New York. The studio focuses on boundary-pushing co-op and systems-driven gameplay to bring people closer together through games. The company announced that it would collaborate with the IRC for its upcoming title Wildmender to harness the potential of gaming to support a meaningful cause.
As a part of this collaboration, Muse Games will introduce an IRC-branded hat upon the launch of Wildmender over one year, beginning September 28, 2023. Muse Games will donate 100% of the item’s purchase price (excluding taxes and fees) to the IRC. These funds will contribute to the IRC’s mission of assisting individuals devastated by conflict and disaster, encompassing health, safety, education, economic well-being, and empowerment initiatives.

Wildmender is a desert gardening survival game that centers on rejuvenating a barren world. Players nurture a flourishing garden from a puny spring, individually or alongside three friends. Amidst the desert, they explore, uncover mysteries, and safeguard the environment from malevolent wraiths.
Published by Kwalee, Wildmender is planned to launch on September 28, 2023, across PC (Steam), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S platforms. Kwalee also expressed pride in joining Muse Games and the IRC to heighten awareness about the significance of humanitarian assistance and the multifaceted challenges of numerous global communities.
