The Israel-based mobile gaming company announced the execution of an agreement for a $25 million minority investment in Turkish mobile gaming company Ace Games. Ace Games is known for developing Fiona’s Farm.

Playtika can greatly complement Ace with our LiveOps and Digital Studio capabilities, leveraging our enhanced monetization and game operations leadership in mobile gaming.”

Ace was founded by its Chief Executive Officer, Hakan Bas, also the co-founder of Peak Games, in 2020. The istanbul-based company was backed by NfX and Actera.
