Mobile games platform Skillz has announced that Alex Mandel has joined its board of directors. The company stated that Mandel will serve on the audit committee of the board.
The experienced executive is set to replace Vanna Mehta-Krantz, who is stepping down to focus on other work commitments. Andrew Paradise, CEO of Skillz, made comments on the recent move:

Mandel currently operates as CFO of The Influential Network, a privately-held influencer marketing company. Previously, Mandel served as CFO of Fluent, IAC Applications, and LendingTree. At LendingTree, he was credited with playing an essential role in the company’s resurgence.
Mandel also held the position of Managing Director at investment banking firms LLC and Bear, Stearns & Co, and Centerview Partners. Alex Mandel also added some thoughts and feelings:
