The mobile game company Libra Softworks, founded in 2017, is one of the successful companies in the developing Turkish mobile game industry. The studio, which has developed seven games so far, has received an investment of 30 million dollars under the leadership of Actera.

There were important investors such as Esas Holding in the investment tour led by Actera. Core Finance has undertaken the strategic consultancy of the 30 million dollar investment tour.

Libra Softworks’ games include Joy Blast: match-three puzzle!, Match Match 3D – Matching Puzzle Game, Spell Heroes – Tower Defense, Word Universe – Kelime Oyunu, Chickz, Quizbie – Bilgi Yarışması and Gizli Kelime – Kelime Avı. It is possible to access these games on both Android and iOS platforms.

Enes Dişli founded Libra Softworks in Istanbul. The booming mobile game developer studio has reached more than 10 million users with the games it has developed. Libra Founder and CEO Enes Dişli said the following about this significant investment:

“We set out with a very young and small team, and we are proud to have brought Joy Blast to this point. Our goal will be to grow both Joy Blast and our team rapidly from now on. Libra Softworks will continue to shine globally with its new games and new teammates in the coming period.”

Regarding the issue, the leader of the financing round, Actera, made the following statement:

“We believe that Joy Blast that Libra will introduce to the market will benefit both our country’s exports and employment on a global scale. We will continue to invest in the successful game companies of our country so that Turkey can reach a much better place in the mobile game industry.”

The official of Esas Holding, which is among the investors, stated that they are happy with their investments and added:

“We are very excited to have entered the Turkish game industry, which has become one of the most interesting markets in the world in the mobile field, with our Libra investment, within the framework of our goal of investing in technology-based initiatives in our country. We will continue to support companies that provide added value to our country and aim to be successful on a global scale.”

During the partnership process, Gen Temizer Özer Law Firm was the consultant of Libra Softworks. At the same time, Core Finance, Verdi Attorney Partnership, Çalışkan Okkan Toker Attorney Partnership, and PWC Turkey acted as the consultant of Actera and Esas Holding.
