Sinem Zeynep Anıl joins Laton Ventures after more than four years at Good Job Games, where she held multiple senior growth roles across flagship titles.
She most recently served as Senior Growth Manager on Match Villains, focusing on user acquisition and creative strategy. Prior to that, she was Growth & Marketing Lead on Wonder Blast, overseeing UA and creative operations, and earlier held the role of Product Marketing Lead on Zen Match.
Before transitioning into gaming, Anıl built her career in brand and product management. She held several roles at Procter & Gamble, including Senior Brand Manager positions in corporate and retailer marketing. Her background also includes product management experience at Garanti Bankası, where she worked in retail banking, analysing large-scale customer datasets to inform product and marketing decisions.
