India-based mobile gaming startup Spill Games has raised $3.1 million in a seed funding round co-led by Centre Court Capital and PeerCapital, with participation from existing investor All In Capital.
Founded in 2024 by Om Misra, Tapan Ranjan, and Harsh Garg, Spill Games focuses on casual and puzzle titles. The company currently operates a portfolio of five games, including Cozy Finds, Sticker by Number, Zen Math Crossword, Bird Rescue Jam, and Grill Master.

Spill Games’ development approach is centered around rapid prototyping and iteration. Co-Founder Tapan Ranjan stated that the studio builds its games based on strong initial hypotheses, followed by quick launches to test performance and player engagement in real market conditions.
This approach enables faster prototyping and iteration, with the studio aiming to test more than 20 game concepts over the next 18 months while targeting a portfolio of five to ten profitable titles.
The studio highlights its multidisciplinary team, spanning game design, development, analytics, and performance marketing, with experience across companies such as Zynga, Tencent, and PlaySimple Games.
