A few months ago, Microsoft and Nintendo signed a ten-year Call of Duty deal to bring Call of Duty and Xbox games to Nintendo. Microsoft previously claimed that Call of Duty could run on Nintendo Switch.
The report compares three consoles in terms of processing power, graphics, memory, storage, and other features. It is no secret that Xbox and PlayStation are more powerful than the Nintendo Switch, with faster processors and more advanced graphics capabilities. The report notes that the Switch has a unique form factor that sets it apart from the traditional console design of the Xbox and PlayStation. The Switch’s handheld mode is considered to be a key selling point.
CMA believes that Xbox and PlayStation have less in common with Nintendo Switch regarding target audience and hardware power. CMA does not consider Nintendo Switch a substitute for either console in general.
