Steam has shared the nominees selected for The Steam Awards 2022. The giant gaming platform stated that the voting period will end on January 3. There are a total of 11 categories, each with five titles nominated by Steam users.
Elden Ring is once again a contestant for The Steam Awards 2022 Game of the Year award. The title won the Game of the Year award this year at The Game Awards, surpassing one of the fan favorites, God of War Ragnarok.

The winners will be announced an hour after the nomination ends, again on January 3. The Game Awards 2022 took place recently and received a lot of excitement and attention from gamers. God of War Ragnarok took home six awards, but Elden Ring was one step ahead in three big categories: Game of the Year, Best Game Direction, and Best Art Direction.
