Fusebox Games acquired by Nazara for $27.2 million

Nazara aims to boost its global presence and leverage their core strengths in user acquisition, data analytics, and live operations to scale new heights.

Nazara Technologies, India’s only listed games company and a multi-million dollar diversified gaming & sports media platform, has acquired UK-based gaming studio Fusebox Games for $27.2 million.

Founded in May 2016, Fusebox Games is a mobile-first game development studio, focuses on interactive stories. Their first game was The X Factor Life. With their second game, Love Island: The Game, they have found a massive hit and built up a massive franchise. As of October 2023, their games have 25 million installs.

Love Island’s primary target markets include US, UK, Australia and Canada, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, New Zealand among others. The company has 30 employees primarily based in the United Kingdom.
