Huuuge Global is one of the world’s leading mobile publishers in the social casino space. With a global player base and multiple top-grossing titles, Huuuge is known for combining creative excellence with data-driven scale.
As their portfolio grew, so did the complexity of managing direct-to-consumer (DTC) monetization across multiple titles and teams. Their in-house solution had served its purpose – but it was becoming increasingly difficult to maintain, customize, and scale efficiently.
The Challenge
Before partnering with Appcharge, Huuuge had already built and operated its own internal web stores, a clear sign of its forward-thinking approach to direct-to-consumer monetization.
But as their ambitions grew, so did the need for more advanced capabilities: tools that could deepen engagement with their payer base, reduce friction between game and store, and scale quickly across titles.
Huuuge saw the opportunity to move faster and go further. By teaming up with Appcharge, they could combine their strong DTC foundation with a platform built for optimization, personalization, and sustained growth.
The Partnership
In early 2024, Huuuge partnered with Appcharge to build the foundation for its next phase of DTC growth.
What began as a migration project quickly evolved into a full ecosystem partnership. Together, both parties developed a comprehensive suite of DTC solutions from tailored web stores to in-app payment links, with solutions optimized for every player.
The collaboration was defined by deep alignment between Appcharge’s mobile game monetization experts and Huuuge’s team, ensuring every solution fit both player experience and business goals.
The Rollout

Over six quarters, the partnership scaled rapidly:
- Q1 2024: Partnership launched; first Appcharge-powered web stores went live.
- Q3 2024: Full migration to Appcharge’s backend infrastructure, enabling faster testing and feature iteration.
- Q1 2025: Web stores opened to all VIPs; advanced conversion and engagement features introduced.
- Q3 2025: Appcharge’s Payment Links solution rolled out for iOS in the U.S.
- Q4 2025: Appcharge’s Payment Links solution rolled out for Android in the U.S.
Together, the teams deployed:
- 4 tailored web stores with complete backend and API support.
- 2 games live with Payment Links for in-app web checkout on iOS and Android for U.S. users.
- A growing set of engagement tools: Rolling Offers, Add Web Store to Home Screen, Custom Checkout, and more.
The Results

The outcomes speak for themselves.
- DTC share increased from 10% to 30% between Q1 2024 and Q3 2025
- In recent quarters alone:
-DTC revenue share grew to 34%
“Appcharge became a partner in innovation. We worked side by side, blending Appcharge’s capabilities with our vision and product insight to build a DTC model that drives growth for both sides and deepens engagement with our players”
Wojciech Wronowski, CEO, Huuuge Games

To support this scale, Appcharge and Huuuge also built a comprehensive support operation around the partnership. Dedicated regional agents provide 24/7 coverage for any critical issues, while integrated Slack communication ensures real-time collaboration between teams.
Transparent case management and reporting dashboards give Huuuge complete visibility into issue tracking, escalation flow, and resolution performance—turning support into a true extension of their operations.
Looking Ahead
With DTC now driving 35% of total revenue, Huuuge and Appcharge are setting new benchmarks for publisher-scale monetization.
What started as a web store migration has become a model for how major publishers can reclaim control, massively improve margins, and build a lasting, player-first DTC ecosystem.
