Link Bilgisayar has announced a strategic investment of $2 million in Abrakadabra Games, a company specializing in game development, digital entertainment, and interaction technologies.
In a statement to KAP(Public Disclosure Platform), the company emphasized that this move aligns with Link Bilgisayar’s renewed vision and expanding business areas, and represents a key part of its goal to strengthen its position in game technologies, cloud-based interaction systems, and next-generation digital entertainment solutions.
Since 1984, Link Bilgisayar has developed expertise in enterprise software, cloud technologies, and infrastructure solutions, and now aims to combine this experience with Abrakadabra Games’ patented game/video technologies and creative capabilities to build a global, accessible, high-value gaming ecosystem.
The company described this investment as a long-term transformation initiative focused on the potential of innovation to expand human imagination, rather than merely a financial step.
With this investment, Link Bilgisayar aims to establish a strong presence in the gaming technology ecosystem and secure a prominent position in the global digital entertainment market.
“In our announcement dated 06.11.2025, we reported the initiation of negotiations with Abrakadabra Oyun Teknolojileri A.Ş., operating in digital entertainment and interactive content technologies.
Following technical and strategic evaluations, it was determined that the company highly aligns with our international growth and R&D objectives due to its multi-device compatibility, scalable game engine, and products suitable for global markets.
Accordingly, it was decided to acquire 20% of Abrakadabra Oyun Teknolojileri A.Ş. shares for $2,000,000. Through this investment, Link aims to strengthen its position in digital content, gamification, and interactive experience technologies, while enhancing R&D capabilities in innovative user experience, platform architecture, and data-driven product development.
The investment is considered an important step in diversifying the software product portfolio and implementing a growth strategy in global markets.”
