GamerSky CEO Brandon Zhang, Jestr CEO Mahdeen Abrar, global publishers and indie studios join Mobidictum Conference 2026 in Istanbul.
Mobidictum Conference 2026 will take place on October 7–8 at Lütfi Kırdar in Istanbul, Türkiye, bringing together developers, publishers, investors and other games industry professionals from around the world.
The PC, console and indie side of Mobidictum Conference has expanded significantly for 2026, with a dedicated Games Expo floor, PC-focused stage programme, indie showcase and new opportunities connecting the physical event with players online.
More than 100 indie and PC studios are expected to take part across the wider conference.
Here are some of the companies, speakers and programmes shaping the PC and indie side of Mobidictum Conference 2026.
GamerSky CEO Brandon Zhang joins Mobidictum Conference 2026
One of the headline international names joining the PC programme is Brandon Zhang, CEO of GamerSky.
GamerSky operates one of China’s major gaming media and publishing platforms, working with international developers across publishing, marketing, localization and distribution in the Chinese market.
Zhang will join the panel “How to Find Success in the Chinese Market?”, bringing the GamerSky perspective alongside representatives from Devotion Interactive and Rokky.
For PC developers interested in China, the session provides an opportunity to hear directly from companies working on bringing international games into one of the world’s largest gaming markets.
Jestr CEO Mahdeen Abrar takes on short-form game discovery
Mahdeen Abrar, CEO & Co-Founder of Jestr, will also join Mobidictum Conference 2026 with the solo session “How Short-Form Content Drives Game Discovery.”
Jestr is a creator marketplace built specifically for games, connecting studios with creators across TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. The company currently reports more than 2 billion views generated across campaigns and over 870 games supported with short-form coverage.
Abrar’s session will focus on the growing role short-form content plays in helping games reach new audiences, particularly for developers competing for visibility around launches, demos and Steam events.
Mobidictum Steam Showcase 2026
The PC programme will extend beyond the physical conference through the Mobidictum Steam Showcase 2026, running from October 5–9.
The Steam event will bring participating games together on a dedicated showcase page, allowing players around the world to discover projects connected to the Mobidictum ecosystem before, during and after the conference.
Indie studios physically exhibiting at Mobidictum Conference 2026 will receive additional visibility within the Steam Showcase, connecting their presence in Istanbul with a wider online audience.
For participating developers, this creates two parallel opportunities: meeting publishers, investors, media and other professionals at the physical conference while also putting their games directly in front of players through Steam.
Mobidictum Indie Awards
The PC and indie programme will culminate with the Mobidictum Indie Awards on the second day of the conference.
Games physically participating in the indie programme will be evaluated through two voting formats:
- Jury Vote, decided by a panel of games industry professionals
- Community Choice, decided through voting by conference attendees
- Jestr’s Choice, voted by Jestr’s own community
The top three games selected through the jury vote will receive Mobidictum media support, guaranteed publisher meeting opportunities and a complimentary ticket to Mobidictum Conference 2027.
The Indie Award Show will close the conference on the Main Stage and will be accessible to all Mobidictum Conference 2026 ticket holders.
Together with the Steam Showcase, the programme is designed to give participating indie studios visibility both inside the industry and directly among players.

Mobidictum Conference’s meeting system allows developers to request one-to-one meetings with companies attending the event, while the Publisher Matchup creates another dedicated environment for studios and publishers to connect.
With international publishers, investors, service companies and platforms attending alongside the indie programme, developers can use the two days to explore publishing, funding, co-development, distribution and international expansion opportunities.
Combined with the Steam Showcase and Indie Awards, the expanded PC and indie presence gives studios several different ways to get their projects in front of both industry decision-makers and players.
