The title secured the eighth spot in the worldwide download count last month. It looks like Save The Doge is much more popular in Southeast Asia, especially in Indonesia and Vietnam. While Indonesia makes up almost half of the download count in the region (49.4%), Vietnam goes a tad over the quarter mark (25.7%).
Garena Free Fire followed Save The Doge, although the download counts were much lower as the game amassed 3.9 million installs. Vietnam and Indonesia were the top countries, making 37.6% and 35.4% of total downloads, respectively. Free Fire had found its way to the third spot worldwide in the last two months.
Daerisoft’s The Spike came in third for the region in overall downloads and second for Android but didn’t make the charts on iOS. Rocket Game Studio’s Stick Hero had a similar situation, ranking fifth overall, third on Android, and missed the top 10 list for iOS.
Mobile Legends: Bang Bang took the fourth spot overall. More importantly, it was the leader in both App Store and Play Store charts for the highest-grossing mobile games of September 2022 in Southeast Asia.
The company stated that only unique installs were reported, and Android data was gathered exclusively from Google Play. The list excludes downloads from third-party Android stores in China or other regions.
