As every year, the list will be decided by the experts at PocketGamer.biz, but to ensure no studio is overlooked, nominations are open to the public, who can submit suggestions and supporting material for the team’s consideration.

The team at Pocket Gamer will be accepting submissions until Friday, 21st July 2023, and will carefully select the most deserving and outshining candidates. The Top 50 final list will be made through an editorial decision-making process, which considers a range of different factors and criteria, including; the caliber and quantity of the company’s most recent game releases, the company’s financial performance in the previous year, notable innovations or industry influence, cultural significance, and the company’s overall future prospects.
