Rollic introduces new features to the mobile hit Power Slap

Rollic added various new features to its hit mobile game Power Slap upon the popularity it gained since its launch.

Headquartered in Istanbul, Rollic has achieved remarkable success with over 2.5 billion lifetime downloads worldwide. Notably, 22 of its titles have secured the #1 or #2 spot in the U.S. Apple App Store. The company has been at the forefront of redefining the hyper-casual game genre by integrating live services and a steady cadence of in-game events into its top-performing titles.

The company has unveiled an array of new features for its mobile hit, Power Slap, to enhance player engagement. Narrated by Power Slap founder Dana White, the game has garnered immense popularity since its launch, with global players collectively delivering over 1 billion slaps in more than 31 million matches.

The latest additions to Power Slap include a highly-anticipated PvP (Player versus Player) mode, enabling users to engage in real-time battles with friends worldwide. The announcement coincides with the global premiere of the Power Slap 5 event, titled “Da Crazy Hawaiian vs. Vakameilalo,” airing live and free exclusively on Rumble at 6:00 PM PST / 9:00 PM EST.

The PvP mode introduces two distinctive ways for players to dominate the arena: Match-making PvP and Slap with Friends. Match-making PvP provides an adrenaline-fueled showdown as players face off against opponents worldwide, with each victory contributing to their ascent through the ranks within their team’s league. This progress is tracked both locally and globally in real-time. On the other hand, Slap with Friends allows players to challenge their friends to epic duels, transcending league boundaries.

Rollic has also expanded customization features, offering players an extended range of options to design their in-game characters according to their unique style. From eyebrows and eyes to hair, face shape, body tattoos, and more, players can now personalize their avatars more comprehensively.

As players progress through the ranks, they will now have the opportunity to enlist Power Slap icons as personal coaches. Renowned figures such as Light Heavyweight Champion Wolverine (Ron Bata), former Light Heavyweight champion Ayjay “Static” Hintz, and Super Heavyweight Da Crazy Hawaiian (Koa Viernes), along with founder Dana White, will stand by players’ sides, offering support in the form of boosted income and slap power.

Burak Vardal, CEO of Rollic, expressed the company’s commitment to creating immersive experiences that resonate with players globally. Vardal highlighted the deep customizations and innovations within Power Slap, emphasizing the platform’s dedication to allowing players to expand and share their in-game experiences.
