Finnish Game Awards 2024, organized by Neogames in cooperation with the Finnish Game Developer Studios Association, will take place tomorrow, May 16th, at Ravintola Töölö in Helsinki. The gala will be streamed live on YouTube.
The history of the Finnish Game Awards goes back to the late 1990’s. The first local game awards were handed out by the local videogame magazine Pelit in 1998. In 2008-2013 the local industry awards were handled by Figma, an association of multimedia publishers. Finnish Game Developer Studios Association has coordinated the awards since 2014 in cooperation with Neogames, which handles the operation and production of the annual event.
The nominees for Finnish Game of the Year 2023 are:

- Kyy Games: Knights of Pen and Paper 3
- Nitro Games: Autogun Heroes
- One Trick Entertainment: Lempo
- Please Be Patient: Finnish Army Simulator
- Remedy Entertainment: Alan Wake 2
- Resistance Games: Great Houses of Calderia
The winners of The Finnish Game Awards 2024 will be announced during the gala on May 16th via Neogames’ social channels. After the ceremony, the results will be published on Neogames Finland’s website.
