Foreign game and software companies attending Mobidictum Conference 2026 can also use their time in Istanbul to explore Türkiye’s incentive ecosystem for game and software exports.
Companies established in Türkiye may be eligible for a range of incentives covering areas such as corporate tax, user acquisition and marketing expenses, platform commissions, cloud infrastructure, marketing personnel and international branding.
Software and service export income can benefit from a 100% corporate tax exemption when the relevant conditions are met, including bringing the earnings back to Türkiye. International marketing and user acquisition expenses can be supported at a rate of 50%, increasing to 70% in designated target countries, with an annual company limit of 50 million TL.
Other support areas include 50% coverage for commissions paid to platforms such as the App Store and Google Play, as well as 50% support for eligible cloud infrastructure costs. Marketing, sales and business development personnel expenses can also fall within the support framework. For companies reaching the relevant stage, the E-TURQUALITY branding program can provide support of up to 500 million TL per brand annually.
A change introduced through Presidential Decree No. 10962 of February 27, 2026, also removed the previous company-age requirement, allowing a newly incorporated company in Türkiye to apply for Takeoff Program support from its first day.
Mobidictum Conference participation can also be supported
Mobidictum Conference 2026 is included in the Ministry of Trade’s Supported Domestic Events List (EK-16). Eligible companies established in Türkiye that participate with a booth can receive support covering 50% of their participation costs, subject to the applicable conditions and limits.
For foreign companies, the key requirement is establishing a separate legal entity in Türkiye. A branch or liaison office of an overseas company does not qualify. Instead, the company must be incorporated in Türkiye as an A.Ş. or Ltd. Şti., although it can remain 100% foreign-owned. HİB membership and registration with the Support Management System (DYS) are also required for the relevant support programs.
