Having celebrated its ninth anniversary in April 2023, the game has amassed $750 million in lifetime gross revenue. Noteworthy growth over the past year has seen a staggering influx of 30 million new players across all supported platforms, manifesting as a substantial 40% year-on-year increase. The game has seen a 50% YoY increase in 2022 in Google Play.
The game’s popularity also extends to burgeoning markets like India and Mexico, which have experienced revenue growth of double their previous year. Mexico’s Android-derived revenue share has reached almost 7.5%, cementing its position as the second-largest market for War Robots on this platform. India and Mexico have also secured positions in the top-5 for lifetime installs on Google Play.
The game receives a total of nine updates per year. These updates bring enhancements such as the game’s complete graphic remaster in 2020, a prominent feature in an Apple Event. Notably, 2022 welcomed the introduction of a leaderboard feature, while 2023 marked the addition of a PvE mode—a rarity among PvP-focused mobile games.

War Robots has also managed to create an active community. With 2.5 billion matches played so far, the game has over 6 million players that have been active for at least two years.
