Eren Gökgür has announced his promotion to Principal Business Development Manager at Google, where he will continue to focus on strategic partnerships in mobile game ad monetization.
Based in Dublin, Eren Gökgür has been instrumental in developing business opportunities with game developers and publishers, aiming to drive growth and innovation in the mobile gaming sector.
In his new role, effective May 2025, Gökgür will forge new partnerships across the mobile gaming ecosystem. He brings years of expertise in monetization strategy, honed through previous roles at Google that focused on unlocking revenue opportunities for developers and publishers.
Speaking to Mobidictum, Eren Gökgür said:
The mobile gaming landscape is vibrant, and Google is a key catalyst for success. My new role reinforces this: mobile game publishers who embrace deeper collaboration with Google, especially AdMob Mediation, are setting themselves up for success in growth and innovation.

Eren Gökgür’s career progression at Google
Gökgür joined Google in June 2020 as a Strategic Partner Manager for Monetisation in Apps & Gaming. Over a two-year period, he helped mobile app developers and game studios grow their revenue using Google’s monetization tools and services.
In May 2022, he was promoted to Senior Strategic Partner Manager, with a deeper focus on the mobile gaming vertical. Over the next three years, he concentrated on identifying and developing new business opportunities for game publishers globally.
