Türkiye-based mobile racing game studio Spektra Games has received investment from the Yeni Nesil Teknoloji Venture Capital Investment Fund (GSYF) and İvedik GSYF, both managed by APY Ventures. APY Ventures led the round as the sole investor. Spektra Games’ existing investor base includes Ludus Ventures and The Games Fund.
Spektra Games will use the investment to accelerate the global growth of Highway Racer Pro, the most downloaded racing game in the United States, and to make its production processes more scalable.
A model redefining the racing vertical
Founded in 2020 by Kadir Danışman, Yusuf Demir, and Doğukan Şen, Spektra Games develops high-quality, globally competitive racing games for mobile platforms. Through its published titles, the company has surpassed 100 million downloads worldwide.
Its latest game, Highway Racer Pro, has become the most downloaded title in the racing category on the U.S. App Store since launch, demonstrating the studio’s expertise within the category and its scalable growth model.
Spektra Games approaches the racing category not as a single game genre, but as a large market divided into different player motivations and sub-verticals. With Highway Racer Pro, the company has established a strong leadership position in the traffic racing segment by combining high production quality, a robust progression system, active community management, viral social media impact, paid user acquisition (UA), and live operations expertise.
Spektra Games aims to build a lasting global portfolio by applying the same model across other sub-verticals within the racing category.
